Information Collection and Use
In providing our services, we may collect and store information or data provided by you, or indirectly by the use of the service (including the Autotunnel Virtual Appliance): • Your e-mail address, first and last name, organisation name • IP addresses of users accessing our website and the Autotunnel Virtual Appliance • Network related configuration and status information obtained from the Autotunnel Virtual Appliance • Information entered by the user into any forms on our website or the Autotunnel Virtual Appliance • Billing information Users who are invited into an Autotunnel Organisation that you are part of will have access to some or all of the information outlined above, as required by the service. Our service facilitates the establishment of secure connections (tunnels) directly between a "node" and a "peer" (two Autotunnel Virtual Appliances in a peering). Data sent via the secure tunnel does not traverse our infrastructure, nor do we act as a proxy for data sent via the secure tunnel. The secret keys used to secure tunnels are generated by the node and peer, and are not stored on our servers. We do not share your information with any third-party without your consent, except as required to provide our services or are required to do so by law.
